VIRUS THREAT WARNING: While playing the game a popup came up stating it had detected a virus and threatened to release my BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION. I have never seen anything like this before this app is a SCAM and should be taken off Google play store and the company should be reviewed.
I love this game - it's really awesome. The support is excellent, even for non-premium members 👍🥳
completed Xmas puzzles everyday and now it says missed first 3 days??? absolute BS. Deleted
WordBrain2 Holiday Event keeps deleting my progress. I had 1-19 days completed. Now it's showing only day 20 completed. I've sent emails ( I found online) to request progress to be added back, but no response. There's no way listed on the app to successfully contact WordBrain2 about this issue. I would love my progress to be restored with days 1-20 completed.
Started the holiday challenge and it lost my progress. FAQ says uninstall and reinstall which I did. I lost hundreds and hundreds of spins I had saved up. Oddly it remembered how many hints I had and that I was 33 percent complete. Pretty good game but things like this make it too frustrating. Did it again. I completed yesterday, shows not complete.
